It is important that we are able to speak with the organisers, to make sure the presentation is relevant and topical. As a professional, David wants to be fully briefed on the objectives you have for your event. Before the event, we will talk to you at length and complete a full brief. If necessary, David may need to speak to you directly to clarify details of your event.

Fees will differ according to the nature and length of the engagement, together with associated costs including travel and accommodation. The best starting point is to define your objectives and your budget, then provide that budget as part of your brief.

Normally, David will need to be booked at least two months in advance of the event – but the earlier the better. As a rule of thumb, the earlier you can confirm your booking, the better.

Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive 50 per cent of the booking fee. The entire fee must be paid one week ahead of the event.

Every event is different, so the needs will be different. We will discuss any equipment or special arrangements with you when your booking is confirmed.

Yes, you will need to pay for David’s travel and accommodation. These arrangements will be discussed with you prior to confirmation of the booking.

Yes – in most cases David will be more than happy to mingle with guests before or after an event, or, if appropriate, dine along with guests at the event. However, as David may often have other engagements to manage, this will need to be discussed and arranged when you first make your booking.
